2. What data do we use and why?
The contact form sends us your name, phone number, email address, selected service and message so we can reply, prepare a quote or fulfil a contract. Security logs may contain an IP address, browser information, time and visited page.
We do not sell your data. Our authorised staff and hosting, email or IT providers may access it, as may authorities when required by law.
3. Cookies and analytics
The necessary in_cookie_consent cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. Our first-party statistics and Google Analytics 4 start only after you select “Allow all”. Previous permission for first-party statistics alone does not enable Google Analytics: we ask for a new choice.
Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies with a lifetime of up to 180 days to measure visits, contact methods (phone, email, WhatsApp) and successfully submitted enquiries. Google receives the page path and technical browser, device and approximate location information. We do not send contact-form names, phone numbers, email addresses or messages to Google Analytics; we remove query parameters and fragments from the page URL.
The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area under Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms. We do not use advertising cookies, Google Signals or ad personalisation.
“Necessary only” and “Reject” keep optional statistics off. You can withdraw consent here or with the “Cookies” button at any time. We then delete this website’s Google Analytics cookies and reload the page to stop further measurement. You can submit enquiries without allowing statistics.
4. Retention and your rights
We retain enquiries without a resulting contract for up to 24 months and first-party statistics for up to 12 months. Contract and billing records are retained for the periods required by law.
Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention is set to 2 months, without extending this period when new activity occurs. Aggregated statistical reports may remain available for longer.
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data, and object to its processing. Contact info@ieksdarbunamdari.lv or the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
